Ellam Land Surveys can offer a high accurate monitoring service. Whether it's using a theodolite to monitor targets for building movement or a precise level for monitoring studs on a concrete base using a bar code staff.

The instrument of choice is the Leica LS15™, this has an accuracy of 0.2mm - 0.3mm and automatically reads the bar code staff a pre set number of times and produces a 'mean' level which it can record internally.
